  The Amazon Essentials Men's 10” Lightweight Ripstop Stretch Cargo Shorts make a nice gift for summer wear. My son loves his, says they are very comfortable, and they look great on him. The quality material and excellent stitching make these cargo shorts an excellent purchase.

  Haven't bought shorts for years, and my current stock is tool large in the waist and either too long and baggy or too short. Have now bought these in Navy and Khaki and am choosing these often this summer. Pockets are mostkly handy -- but I agree with other reviewers that the lower side pickets are a struggle to unbutton and use. Wish thye had been velcro. Just leave them unbuttoned and slide my phone in, unsecured. I have never had a problem with the phone popping out. Waist is firm -- never use a belt. End about inches over my knee ... exactly my preference. Nicely finished -- compare with name brand shorts twice the price.

  These shorts are not bad for the price, but there are a couple of problems. The rear pockets are so small that your wallet will fall out when you sit down if you don’t button the flap. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to take the time to button the flap every time I take my wallet out. Just make the pocket deeper! The front cargo pockets are bigger, but they have a ridiculous double blind button system that’s very hard to button. Other than that, they’re pretty good shorts.

  Looking for something casual to knock around in, you've found them. They seem to be well-made, medium-duty shorts. Perfect for wearing around the house or going out for casual dining. I like that the cargo pockets have buttons and not hook and loop. The cargo pockets are deep, so you can drop your cell phone in and unless you are standing on your head, It's unlikely it will fall out. For around $20.00, what more could you ask for? I'm going to buy another pair.....
