Thick, well stitched, good fit. Good for the cooler months. The belt loops are a little too close together in the front, but it's fine. The color is a little bold for me, but it's washing out.
I'm a bargain hunter, used to be whenever I saw the bargain jeans on sale I'd load up. Yay, $10 for jeans! Not so great when they only last a month. My husband is hard on his jeans, and frequently we'd throw out jeans that had ripped out in the crotch when he squatted. If it wasn't the crotch, it was the rear pocket. Then I saw the commercial for the Duluth jeans, then shortly after there was a great sale. The jeans were still really expensive, but I bought a couple pairs in my husband's size. He hated them, too small and fit strangely. So I returned them for a larger size, and my husband still hates them. Now they're too baggy, and on top of that the material is thick. That may be great in some areas, but when he is working outside in 105 degree heat, not so great. So, the cheap pants are junk, and the Duluth pants too expensive and my husband doesn't like them. I went searching on the internet for jeans with a gusset crotch and found Riggs Workwear. The price was good, so I bought. My husband loves them, they fit well, they look well, and they last forever. A year and a half later, he still has the first pair I bought him. Believe me, that is significant, he is hard on his jeans. The only gripe he has is that he doesn't like the leather patch for tape measures, he doesn't use it, and it screams "work jeans." Even when new, he doesn't want to wear them out or to church. Love these jeans, in fact I'm on Amazon to buy more. Darn those grease and paint stains!
I've had these pants for months now, and they're way better than regular Walmart jeans. They've held up nicely and don't have any tears. The size is exact. And there's plenty of crotch room. I'm a guy who, can wear out regular Walmart jeans in about 6 months, just from a lack of proper/enough stitching, too tight of a crotch area, and not thick enough material. I spend a lot of time going from standing to crouching, to sitting and so on. These pants are durable in the knees, as they've yet to wear out in that area. They fit great around my boots, and are not too tight in the legs. I'm a guy who doesn't want my crotch to suffocate in jeans, these are perfect. The extra gusset allows me to perform multiple movements throughout the day without any trouble. Very important when kneeling down or climbing a ladder or multiple stairs. There's two more things that these jeans are good for. And they're things that some might not think of. Well, first, I hate sleeping in shorts or sweat pants. These are great for sleeping in. I can shower at night, put these on and then go to bed. And when I wake up the next day, all I have to do is tuck in my Riggs Workwear Shirt, and start the day. The second thing, is exercise. I can workout in these jeans with no trouble. I do weight lifting, including squats, which would ruin regular jeans. But these are fine. I also do knee high, waist high, chest high, and round house kicks as part of my kick boxing workout. These jeans are loose enough so that I can move flawlessly and make every move properly. There's no damage to the pants at all, thanks to the extra gusset.I love the leather on the pocket. It's a great touch. I think it's actually horse hide leather though, not cowhide. The feel of it is more like horse hide leather. The stitching around it though is flawless. If you need jeans that work as hard as you, these are it. Also, they dry fairly quickly when wet. I was stuck in the rain some time ago, and the jeans dried within like 10 minutes.Overall, they're awesome. And, there's been some reviews stating too much room in the rear. I'm an average guy, and the rear has enough room without there being too much. For me anyway.
Fit good and sturdy
These jeans wear well, look great and have reinforced pockets.Work pants that look like designer jeans
Great jeans fit well good to know they are available in 36 length!
These ran a little bit big on me, but really sturdy, thick, and triple stitched.
It does feel like an extra thick and durable denim. Unfortunately, the pockets are reinforced to be extra durable with some fake leather material and that makes the pockets so thick that they can't actually be used for most pocket clip belts or flashlights. It pretty much defeats the whole purpose.
Second time ordering these jeans, not because they wore out, but because, I like the way they fit. These Wrangler brand jeans are built tough... Extra stiching in the places that need it the most. These jeans are true to fit measuring wise. (30 inch waist is 30inches)Customer service is outstanding.Wrangler is as Classic American as it gets.
